BBQ Chicken, Angus Fajitas & Beef Sausage

Smoked all the meat with Hickory wood.
Ingredients
  Chicken legs 1 Pound
  Chicken thighs 1 Pound
  Skirt steak 800 Gram (Angus fajita)
  Beef sausages 4 Large (2 big sausages)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Fire up the kamado / Grill.

MAKING
2. Once the grill is ready place the marinated chicken, angus fajita and beef sausages on the grill and grill all the meat for 60 minutes or until cooked.

SERVING
3. Serve the bbq chicken, angus fajita and beef sausages along with a glass of cold beer.
