Glazed Luncheon Bake
|Luncheon meat||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Sweet potatoes||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Orange marmalade||12 Ounce|
Cut each loaf of meat into fourths about three- fourths through.
Place loaves in a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch baking pan.
Slice potatoes; place potatoes between slices of meat and around loaves.
Brush meat and potatoes well with melted butter.
Spread orange marmalade over top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
