  Cold butter 200 Gram
  Egg yolk 1
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Depending On The Humidity)
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Yellow onion 1⁄2
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Carrots 2
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef stock cube 1 (1 Cup If Liquid)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
