Sweet And Sour Calf's Liver With Spaetze!

Ingredients
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Calfs liver 1 Pound, diced
  Kosher salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a pan and melt fat in it. Add onions and cook until brown.
2) Add liver and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
3) Sprinkle pepper, paprika, salt and flour.
4) Stir in lemon juice, water and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
5) Reduce heat to low and cook for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
6) Adjust seasonings, if required. Serve with spaetzle.
