Avocado-Crab Meat Delight
|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned crab meat||13 Ounce|
|Potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
|Bacon slices||4 (Cooked Crisp)|
|Avocados||2 , diced|
Grease 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish.
Place avo- cados in dish; sprinkle with spinach and onion.
Place soup and milk in saucepan; simmer until heated through.
Add crab meat.
Pour over spinach and avo- cado.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Fry bacon until crisp; crumble over potato chips.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
