Frankfurter Rings

Ingredients
  Canned frankfurters 15 Ounce, drained (425 Gram)
  Matured cheddar cheese slices 6
  Sesame seed baps 6 , halved
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Tomatoes 3 , sliced
  Cucumber pieces 1 Inch, sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) On each frankfurter make small incision in one side.
2) Curl in pairs to form circles and push in a cocktail stick to secure.
3) Place the rings on a metal grid on each side for 5 minutes.
4) Move to the cooler side of the barbecue and add a slice of cheese over each frankfurter.
5) Place the cut side of the baps on the grid for 1-2 minutes.
6) On the base of the baps add the lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber and top with the cheesy frankfurters. Place the lids.

SERVING
7) Goes great with tomato sauce.
