Pork Sage And Onion Stuffing

Ingredients
Pork Sausage meat - 2 pounds (900grams)
Dried Sage - 1 heaped dessertspoon
Onion - 1 large, finely chopped or grated
White breadcrumbs - 4 heaped tablespoons
Boiling Water - 2-3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Pepper
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Into a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, onion, sage
2) Add the boiling water little by little and mix thoroughly
3) Then add in the sausage meat, salt and pepper according to one's taste
4) Alternatively you could bind it together by adding 1 beaten egg

SERVING
5) The stuffing can be served alongside a roast chicken as a side dish or be used to stuff in the cavity of a whole chicken
