Black Eyed Peas And Sausage Brown Rice Jambalaya

Ingredients
  Sausage 1 Pound, cut up and browned in skillet
  Black eyed peas with liquid 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Brown rice 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Butter 1⁄8 Pound, chopped (0.5 Stick, Not Margarine)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Bell pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), chopped
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (3 Green Onions)
  Water 8 Ounce
Directions

Add all ingredients to rice cooker, stir well and press down COOK button.
It cooked for 62 minutes, then flipped to WARM. When it flips to WARM cycle, let it stand, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes so the brown rice will get softer, then serve.

A jambalaya made in the rice cooker for easiness. All the ingredients thrown in together in and made to cook for an hour. An you have a meal ready! The video shows no enthusiasm from the presenter which is questionable. But that shouldn't stop you from watching how to use a rice cooker!
