Barbecued Individual Meat Loaves

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bottled barbecue sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Bottled italian dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Form into 8 individual meat loaves. Place in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish.
2 Microwave for 25 to 30 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH), or until meat is well done (about 140°F.). Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 6 to 8 Servings
