Cube Steaks, Horse-Radish Sauce
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream/Evaporated milk||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
1. Preheat the grill
2. In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise with cream until smooth.
3. Add the horse-radish, a teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper.
4. Broil cube steaks very quickly over hot coals and season with remaining salt and pepper.
5. Serve on toasted buns with blended horse-radish sauce.
