Frog Legs

Ingredients
  Frog legs 16
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (From 1/2 Lemon)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Required)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Fine bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine lemon juice, salt & pepper with enough water to cover frog legs.
Bring to a brisk boil, add frog legs, and let boil for 5 minutes.
Drain & dry legs.
Dip into beaten eggs & roll in bread crumbs.
Cook in 365 degree oil for about 3 minutes until brown on both sides.
