Seasoned Tenderizing Marinade
|Italian reduced calorie salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Bottled One)|
|Instant meat tenderizer||1 Teaspoon|
|Warm water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or More To Cover)|
1) In a bowl, combine the salad dressing, meat tenderizer and warm water together.
2) Use the marinade to marinate about 1 pound of any lean meat.
Puncture the meat with a fork or knife before marinating.
Marinate the meat in a plastic or bowl or a plastic bag set in a bowl.
