Ingredients
  Italian reduced calorie salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Bottled One)
  Instant meat tenderizer 1 Teaspoon
  Warm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or More To Cover)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the salad dressing, meat tenderizer and warm water together.

SERVING
2) Use the marinade to marinate about 1 pound of any lean meat.

TIPS
Puncture the meat with a fork or knife before marinating.
Marinate the meat in a plastic or bowl or a plastic bag set in a bowl.
