Meat Mixture

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound (Lean)
  Finely chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Hot water 5 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Pinch
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Ground oregano 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, saute the meat and the onion in oil until brown, stir in hot water, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, cayenne and oregano; simmer covered for about 30 min.
2) Keep warm till required.
