Savory Broiled Quail

Ingredients
  Low salt soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Dark sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semi boned quail 4 Ounce
  Cooking spray 1
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a zip loack bag, combine sherry soy sauce, quail and sesame oil, seal the nag and marinate for at least two hours in the refrigerator
2. Keep turning the bag occasionally and, when done, drain the liquid out and reserve it
3. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray and place the quail on it to broil; keep turning the sides every now and then and basting with the reserved marinade
4. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the pan drippings, reserved marinade and cornstarch and cook at HIGH for a minute and a half until it begins to boil
5. Remove from the microwave and stir it with a whisk

SERVING
6. Before serving the saece and quail, remove the skin rom the quail and discard it
