Braised Meat And Potato

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Boneless pork loin 5 Ounce, sliced thin (140 Gram)
  Carrot 1 Small, cut into wedges
  Potatoes 2 Medium, pared and quartered
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and shredded
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sake 2 Tablespoon
  Dashi broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green peas 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy skillet, stir-fry the onion, pork, carrot and ginger in vegetable oil for 3-4 min over a low heat.
2) In a mixing bowl, add sugar, soy sauce, sake and dashi broth, blend well and stir into skillet.
3) Cook further until most of the liquid is evaporated; stir in the green peas and cook until the peas are tender.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately on a nice dish.
