Meat Pasty Morsels

Ingredients
  Peppers 3 (Red Or Green)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cardamom seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 1 Pound, chopped
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Frozen puff pastry 13 Ounce (1 Package)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1. Remove the core, seeds and pith from peppers and chop them up finely
2. In a frying pan, add ground beef, chopped peppers, garlic, spices, lemon juice and salt and fry for ten minutes
3. In a small pan, fry onions in oil; add it to the beef mixture; allow to cool
4. Thaw the pastry and roll out a rectangle 21"X13"; trim and cut into 2"X6" strips
5. On each of the strips, add the met mioxture on one end, roll up and seal edges
6. Deep fry in hot oil and drain excess oil on paper towels

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
