Cane River Frog Legs

Ingredients
  Frog legs 24 (12 Pairs)
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1 1/2 Sticks)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemons 1 1⁄2 , juiced
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season frog legs with salt and pepper.
Saute in butter until brown.
Add green onions and mushrooms.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Add wine and lemon juice.
Simmer 5 minutes more.
Just before serving sprinkle parsley over frog legs.
Serves 6 to 8.
