Buffalo Chili

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3 , cut into 1-inch pieces
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Buffalo 2 Pound, shredded or cut into very small pieces
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Green bell pepper 1 , seeded and sliced
  Chopped tomatoes with juice 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Red kidney beans with liquid 32 Ounce (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon (Good Quality)
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon, dried
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Molasses 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a heavy large saucepan, place on medium heat and fry onion and bacon together, stirring now and then for 5 minutes, till onions turn tender.
2. Mix buffalo meat, and on medium heat evenly brown the meat. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer, without covering, stirring intermittently, for 45 minutes, till buffalo meat turns tender and flavor blend well.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately.
