Buffalo Chili

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 45 Milliliter
  Ground buffalo meat 1 Kilogram
  Onions 3 Large, diced
  Green bell pepper 1 , diced
  Jalapeno peppers 3 , diced
  Tomatoes 2 Large, peeled, seeded and diced
  Chili powder 30 Milliliter
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Granulated sugar 15 Milliliter
  Salt 10 Milliliter
  Canned kidney beans 2 Large
  V 8 juice 500 Milliliter
Directions

Heat the oil in a Dutch oven.
Brown the meat.
Add the onions and peppers, saute until tender.
Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with garlic cheese bread.
