Meat Marinade

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil/Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Louisiana hot sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Creole mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Beer 3 Can (30 oz)
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
Place meat in marinade and refrigerate for 1-3 days.
Large zip bags work well to hold meat and marinade.
Grill meat on barbeque pit.
Suggested meats: steak, ribs, fajitas.
