|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pork||1⁄4 Pound, ground|
|Ground meat||3⁄4 Pound|
|Bread crumbs||1 Tablespoon|
Parboil two mirlitons until soft.
Saute onion in cooking oil.
Add pork and ground meat.
Cook together with salt and black pepper.
Add mirlitons in serving size pieces to meat mixture and pour all into greased baking dish.
Dot with butter and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
