|White wine vinegar||45 Milliliter|
|Garlic powder||5 Milliliter|
|Cracked black pepper||3 Milliliter|
|Chopped cilantro||10 Milliliter|
Split the quail in half and place into a shallow pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour over the quail, marinate 2 hours at room temperature.
Drain and reserve the marinade.
Grill quail over medium heat for 10-15 minutes basting frequently with the marinade.
