Oven Fried Quail And Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  Quail 12
  Sauterne 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Frozen brussels sprouts 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 20 Ounce Each)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Cracked pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chervil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400 degree

MAKING
2) In a shallow dish, place the quail after tying the legs of the quail
3) To this, pour the sauterne and leave it to marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator
4) Drain the quail after the marinating and dry it well
5) Thaw and cut the Brussels sprouts in half
6) In a bowl, add eggs and milk and keep it aside
7) In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper and chervil
8) Now dip the quail first in egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture
9) Do the same for Brussels sprouts
10) In a skillet, sauté the dipped quail until golden brown on all sides
11) Use the same skillet to sauté Brussels sprouts
12) In a shallow baking dish, arrange quail and Brussels sprouts and cover it
13) Bake for 20 minutes in 400 degree

SERVING
14) Serve hot
