Marinated Lamb Kabob Skewers
|Lamb||1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Pint|
|Red onion||1 Large, quartered|
|Bell pepper||1 , sliced into squares|
|Plum chutney||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Bombay Emerald Royal Brand)|
Marinate lamb 4-24 hours in the fridge. Soak four wooden skewers in a pan of water to avoid burning of skewers while grilling. Prepare skewers by threading one piece of meat, alternating with the above vegetables – 3 pieces of meat per skewer. Grill skewers over medium heat.
