Marinated Lamb Kabob Skewers

Ingredients
  Lamb 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint
  Red onion 1 Large, quartered
  Bell pepper 1 , sliced into squares
  Plum chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Bombay Emerald Royal Brand)
Directions

Marinate lamb 4-24 hours in the fridge. Soak four wooden skewers in a pan of water to avoid burning of skewers while grilling. Prepare skewers by threading one piece of meat, alternating with the above vegetables – 3 pieces of meat per skewer. Grill skewers over medium heat.
