Luncheon Meat Mozzarella
|Canned luncheon meat||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Dried bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Spaghetti sauce||12 Ounce (1 Can Or Jar)|
|Mozzarella cheese slice||4|
About 30 minutes before serving: Slice luncheon meat into 4 lengthwise slices; dip into egg, then into bread crumbs.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In large skillet, in hot butter, saute meat until golden on both sides.
Into 8" by 8" by 2" baking dish, pour half of spaghetti sauce; add meat slices; top with cheese slices; pour on rest of sauce.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.
