Surprise Meat Loaves
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rye bread slice||1 , toasted and crumbled|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Cubed swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped canned luncheon meat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine eggs, milk, crumbs, 2 tablespoons parsley, Worcestershire, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Add beef; mix.
Combine cheese, luncheon meat, and 1 tablespoon parsley.
Divide beef mixture into 6 portions.
Form each into an oval loaf around 1/3 cup of the cheese mixture.
Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
