Garden Skillet Meal
|Luncheon meat||12 Ounce, cut into strips (1 Piece)|
|Cut fresh corn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onions||4 , cut in thick slices|
|Green peppers||To Taste, cut into strips|
|Ripe tomatoes||3 , quartered|
Brown meat in butter in large skillet.
Push to one side; add corn and onions.
Sprinkle vegetables with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook till vegetables are almost tender, about 10 minutes.
Place green-pepper strips in skillet; cover and cook about 3 minutes.
Arrange tomato wedges; sprinkle with salt and the basil.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Trim with parsley.
