Ingredients
  Luncheon meat 12 Ounce, cut into strips (1 Piece)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Cut fresh corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onions 4 , cut in thick slices
  Green peppers To Taste, cut into strips
  Ripe tomatoes 3 , quartered
  Basil 1 Dash
Directions

Brown meat in butter in large skillet.
Push to one side; add corn and onions.
Sprinkle vegetables with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook till vegetables are almost tender, about 10 minutes.
Place green-pepper strips in skillet; cover and cook about 3 minutes.
Arrange tomato wedges; sprinkle with salt and the basil.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Trim with parsley.
