Turkey Giblet Gravy

Ingredients
  Celery rib 1 , cut up
  Onion 1 Small, quartered
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Set Power Select at HIGH.
Trim giblets and cut into 1 -inch pieces.
In 4-cup glass measure, combine giblets, celery, onion and water.
Heat, covered, 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Set Power Select at LOW.
Heat, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until giblets are tender, stirring once; cool.
Strain broth and reserve; finely chop giblets.
Into broth, add giblets, flour, salt, pepper and browning sauce.
Set Power Select at HIGH.
Heat 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until gravy is thickened, stirring once.
