Spicy Meat Loaves

Ingredients
  Beaten eggs 2
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Hot catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, chili powder, and pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Shape meat mixture into 6 individual loaves.
Arrange the loaves in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover; cook at MEDIUM HIGH or COOK POWER 7 (70%) for 14 minutes, rearranging loaves once.
Drain fat.
In bowl combine catsup, brown sugar, and dry mustard; spread atop loaves.
Cook, uncovered, at MEDIUM HIGH or COOK POWER 7 (70%) for 2 minutes.
Add more cooking time, if necessary, till internal temperature reaches 170°F when loaves are tested and meat is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink (juices should run clear).
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
