Dublin Dilly Hot Dish

Ingredients
  Canned corned beef 12 Ounce, cubed (1 Can)
  Peas and onions 1 Pound, drained (1 Can, 2 Cups)
  Chicken gravy mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Dried dillweed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Instant mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Packaged, Enough For 4 Servings)
  Sharp process american cheese 2 Ounce, shredded to make 1/2 cup
Directions

Combine corned beef with peas and onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Prepare gravy mix according to package directions; add dillweed.
Stir into meat mixture.
Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
Top vegetable-beef mixture with a ring of mashed potatoes.
Bake in a moderate oven (375°) for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top; bake 5 minutes longer or till cheese is melted.
