Dublin Dilly Hot Dish
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce, cubed (1 Can)|
|Peas and onions||1 Pound, drained (1 Can, 2 Cups)|
|Chicken gravy mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Dried dillweed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Instant mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Packaged, Enough For 4 Servings)|
|Sharp process american cheese||2 Ounce, shredded to make 1/2 cup|
Combine corned beef with peas and onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Prepare gravy mix according to package directions; add dillweed.
Stir into meat mixture.
Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
Top vegetable-beef mixture with a ring of mashed potatoes.
Bake in a moderate oven (375°) for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top; bake 5 minutes longer or till cheese is melted.
