Bacon and Herb Stuffing

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3
  Butter 20 Gram (1 tablespoon)
  Onions 2 Small, finely chopped
  Soft breadcrumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cook bacon until just crisp. Add the butter and onion and cook until the onion is soft but not brown.
2. Mix into breadcrumbs with the herbs and add salt and pepper to taste and add the beaten egg and mix well.
