La Chiso Ch Ao Chi

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Boneless chicken 3⁄4 Pound, diced (Raw One)
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable paste 1 Tablespoon (Hoisin)
  Dried mushrooms 2 , soaked and diced
  Green peppers 2 Small, diced
  Red chili 1 , diced
  Bamboo shoot 1 , diced
Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add chicken and stir to coat well.
Saute chicken in 1/4 cup oil for 2 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Add remaining oil to skillet.
Add vegetable paste and saute for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms, pepper, chili, and bamboo shoot and saute for 1 minute.
Add chicken and heat, stirring.
Serve at once.
