  Mutton 500 Gram
  Carrot 30 Gram
  Onions 60 Gram
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Tomato puree 60 Milliliter
  Parsley sprigs 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Stock 250 Milliliter
  Egg 1
  Butter 30 Gram
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Lime 2 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Clean and mince mutton.
2. Peel and mince carrot, onions and garlic.
3. Mix together minced mutton, salt, pepper, half the onions.
4. Shape into olives.
5. Heat butter. Add garlic, remaining onions and carrot.
6. Cover and cook till tender but not brown.
7. Add the tomato puree and the remaining seasoning.
8. Add stock. Put in the olives. Simmer for 15 minutes.
9. Serve hot with a dash of lime juice and chopped parsley.
