  Lamb 750 Gram (Spring, Assorted Cuts)
  Corn 450 Gram (Grain)
  Cumin seeds 3 Gram
  Ghee 150 Gram
  Green cardamom 4
  Black cardamom 4
  Cloves 8
  Cinnamon sticks 2
  Bay leaf 2
  Milk 300 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Coriander 20 Gram
  Onion 160 Gram
  Garlic 50 Gram
  Green chillies 8
  Yoghurt 225 Gram
  Coriander powder 10 Gram
  Red chili powder 5 Gram
  Turmeric powder 3 Gram
  Salt To Taste

PREPARATION :
THE LAMB:CLEAN AND CUTSADDLE INTO 11/2ā€¯CHUNKS.CLEAN CHOPS.
THE CORN:BOIL, COOLAND GRATE THE KERNELS ON THE COB.
THE PASTE:PEEL WASHAND CHOP ROUGHLY CUT ONION.PEEL GARLIC,DESEED GREEN CHILLIES.PUT ALLTHE INGREDIENTS IN ABLENDER AND BLEND.
THE MARINATION:WHISK YOGHURT IN ABOWL ,ADD THE PASTE CORIANDER PWD ,RED CHIILIPWD SALT,MIX WELLLEAVE THE MEAT IN THIS FOR 45 MINS
COOKING:
HEAT GHEE ADD CUMIN ,WHOLE SPICES,SAUTE,ADD THE MARINATED LAMB,BHUNNO,TILL ALL MIOSTURE HAS EVAPORATED THEN ADD THE STOCK,BRING TO BOIL ,COVER AND ALLOW TO COOK TILL THE MEAT IS TENDER .NOW ADD THE GRATED CORN ,MILK,COOK,STIRRING CONSTANTLY FOR 10 MINS.REMOVE ADD LEMON JUICEAND STIR. ADJUST SEASONING
