Vegetable Meat Casserole
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Potatoes||8 Medium, sliced|
|Canned peas||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Fine bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Mix the hamburger with salt, pepper and onion and cook in a skillet until brown.
Mix the tomato soup with water and mix with hamburger mixture.
Place alternate layers of potatoes, peas and hamburger mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
