Vegetable Meat Casserole

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 120 Milliliter
  Potatoes 8 Medium, sliced
  Canned peas 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Fine bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Mix the hamburger with salt, pepper and onion and cook in a skillet until brown.
Mix the tomato soup with water and mix with hamburger mixture.
Heat through.
Place alternate layers of potatoes, peas and hamburger mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole and top with bread crumbs.
Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
