Barbecued Frog Legs
|Frog legs||32 Small ((The Smaller, The Better The Flavor)|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), smashed and finely chopped|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||4 Drop|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Place frog legs on large platter.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over frog legs. Marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat barbecue at medium.
Oil grill. Remove frog legs from marinade and wrap bony ends of legs in pieces of aluminum foil to prevent charring.
Place frog legs on grill and cover. Cook 12 minutes or according to size. Baste frequently and turn legs over 2 to 3 times during cooking.
Serve with lemon slices.
