Avocado Stuffed With Crab Meat
|Cooked crab meat||1 Pound, flaked|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pimiento||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Green olives||2 Large, chopped|
|Cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Avocados||3 , halved|
Melt butter; stir in flour until well blended.
Add milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients except grated cheese and avocados.
Fill avocado halves with mixture.
Top with grated cheese and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
