Liver Farce Or Stuffing

Ingredients
  Calf's/Chicken liver 1⁄2 Pound
  Bacon/Pork sausage meat 1⁄4 Pound
  Small onion 1
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Egg 1⁄2 , beaten
  Chopped herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut the liver and bacon into 1/2-in dice.
Chop the onion.
Melt the butter and in it cook the bacon, liver and onion gently for 10 min.
Chop them still more finely and add the other ingredients.
Use for poultry or game.
