Cook's Choice Casserole
|Frozen brussels sprouts||10 Ounce|
|Cubed luncheon meat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , sliced|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Prepare Brussels sprouts as directed on package.
Place in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with luncheon meat, eggs and cheese.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
Blend in chili sauce and horseradish.
Pour over mixture in casserole.
Sprinkle Topping over casserole.
Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes
