Giblet Gravy

Ingredients
  Drippings 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Broth 1 Cup (16 tbs) (from giblets)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Place chicken on platter; keep warm while preparing gravy. Pour 2 tablespoons drippings in 4-cup measure. (Measure accurately because too little fat makes gravy lumpy.) Stir in flour. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until bubbly, about 1 minute.
2. Stir in broth from giblets. Microwave uncovered on high (100%), stirring every minute, until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in giblets; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in few drops bottled brown bouquet sauce if desired.
