Frosted Liverwurst Pate

Ingredients
  Liverwurst 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Red pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1 Teaspoon
  Red caviar/Black caviar / anchovy paste 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mash liverwurst with fork; thoroughly mix in 1 clove garlic, the basil and onion.
Mound on plate and form into igloo shape.
Cover and chill.
Blend cream cheese, 1 clove garlic, the red pepper sauce and mayonnaise; spread over liverwurst.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Just before serving, garnish top with circle of caviar or spread top with anchovy paste.
Garnish with parsley.
