Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Scoop out pulp, leaving thin shells.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the pulp with butter.
Stir in the sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into the potato shells.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
