Lamb Chops Chestnut Stuffing

Ingredients
  Chestnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed (boiled or roasted, peeled)
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter, stir in chestnuts, bread crumbs, lemon juice, and seasoning.
Stir around in pan to blend into fluffy mixture.
Stuff each side chop with 1 large tablespoon of dressing.
