Fried Frog Legs

Ingredients
  Bullfrog legs 6
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fine Crumbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Skin legs and wash in cold water.
Dry well.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Beat egg well; dip legs into egg, then into cracker crumbs.
Deep fry 390°F.5 minutes.
