Fried Frog Legs

|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cracker crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fine Crumbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Skin legs and wash in cold water.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Beat egg well; dip legs into egg, then into cracker crumbs.
Deep fry 390°F.5 minutes.
