Sausage And Beef Chili

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Canned red kidney beans 31 Ounce, drained (Two 15 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thin sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In Dutch oven cook beef, sausage, and onion till meats are brown; drain off excess fat.
Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes, green pepper, celery, tomato paste, garlic, salt, and chili powder.
Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
