Ground Meat Patties With Mozzarella

Ingredients
  Stale roll 1
  Onion 1 Small
  Tomato paste 1 Teaspoon
  Sharp mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Pinch (Generous)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Ground meat 1⁄2 Pound (Mixed)
  Ground beef 1⁄4 Pound
  Clarified butter 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Basil 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Directions

Soak the roll in cold water.
Peel and chop the onion.
Mix with the tomato paste, mustard, paprika, pepper, salt and eggs into the ground meats.
Squeeze the water out of the roll and mix with the meat.
Shape 8 patties with moist hands.
Heat the butter in a large pan.
Brown the patties on both sides.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem ends and slice.
Slice the mozzarella.
Wash and pat the basil dry.
Remove and chop the leaves.
Preheat the oven to 475°.
Arrange the meat patties in a baking dish and top with a slice of tomato, then a slice of mozzarella and a sprinkling of basil.
Bake on the upper rack in the oven until the cheese has softened.
