Veal Kidneys Porto

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Tomatoes 3 , skinned and sliced
  Mushrooms 5 Tablespoon, sliced
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon, chopped (Fresh/Dried)
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon, chopped (Fresh/Dried)
  Veal kidneys 3 , sliced
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Port wine 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
Directions

Brown onions, tomatoes and mushrooms in hot oil.
Add tarragon and thyme.
After 2 minutes add kidney slices, lightly salted with garlic salt, and let stand 5 minutes.
Add port wine and bring to a boil.
