Veal Kidneys Porto
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||4 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Tomatoes||3 , skinned and sliced|
|Mushrooms||5 Tablespoon, sliced|
|Tarragon||1 Teaspoon, chopped (Fresh/Dried)|
|Thyme||1 Teaspoon, chopped (Fresh/Dried)|
|Veal kidneys||3 , sliced|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Port wine||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
Brown onions, tomatoes and mushrooms in hot oil.
Add tarragon and thyme.
After 2 minutes add kidney slices, lightly salted with garlic salt, and let stand 5 minutes.
Add port wine and bring to a boil.
