Ham Balls With Cherry Sauce

Ingredients
  White bread slice 2 , torn in pieces
  Cooked ham 1 Pound, cut in 1-inch or 2.5 centimeter pieces (454 Gram)
  Boneless veal 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch or 2.5 centimeter pieces (227 Gram)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Dried parsley flakes 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Milk 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Cherry jelly/Preserves 25 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
Directions

Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind bread, ham, veal, and onion into a bowl.
Add eggs, parsley, milk, and pepper to bowl; mix well.
Shape into walnut-size balls.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add ham balls and brown on all sides over medium heat, then cook covered over low heat for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, for cherry sauce, mix all ingredients in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Put ham balls into warm shallow serving bowl and pour sauce over balls.
