Breakfast Sausage In Milk Gravy

Ingredients
  Sausage meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Diced onions 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Whole milk 1⁄4 Bottle (0.25 l)
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a heated pan, add the oil and the sausage meat. Break up the meat into small pieces and brown the meat. Add the onion and brown them well.
Stir in the flour, mix well and cook until brown. Pour the evaporated and the whole milk and stir well into the mixture. Add the pepper and salt, lower the heat.
Simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
Turn off the heat and serve over the biscuits.
