Frog Legs Marinated In Garlic
|Oil||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Herbes||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Frog leg||2 Pound (900 Gram)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Flour||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Breadcrumbs||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Butter||4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely sliced|
|Chopped parsley||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
– In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 375 °F (190 °C).
– In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients and marinate frog's legs for 1 hour, turning from time to time. Drain and dredge with flour, then dip into egg, coat with breadcrumbs and fry in deep-fryer 4 to 5 minutes.
– In a skillet, melt butter, and saute garlic and parsley.
– Place frog's legs in a serving dish, pour garlic butter over them and serve.
