Frog Legs Marinated In Garlic

Ingredients
  Oil 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Herbes 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Frog leg 2 Pound (900 Gram)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Flour 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Breadcrumbs 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Butter 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finely sliced
  Chopped parsley 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 375 °F (190 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients and marinate frog's legs for 1 hour, turning from time to time. Drain and dredge with flour, then dip into egg, coat with breadcrumbs and fry in deep-fryer 4 to 5 minutes.
–  In a skillet, melt butter, and saute garlic and parsley.
–  Place frog's legs in a serving dish, pour garlic butter over them and serve.
